These traditional events began over thirty years ago when residents celebrated the season at the old Burt Reynolds Ranch, which then evolved into our annual parade, then hosted by the Jupiter Horseman's Association.
After several years an independent parade group was formed, along with the tradition of honoring a Local Hero as our Parade Grand Marshall. A few years later we added the Craft Fair and Market to augment the celebration celebration after the Parade.
We exist solely to present the community with a family and horse friendly event that brings us together around the traditions of our neighborhood. This year we are bringing everyone together at Jupiter Farms Park with some new and exciting opportunities. We hope you join us as a volunteer, sponsor or participant!
Yes - we are still having a Parade! Read on!
Our community is built on volunteers and those that help us with their sponsorship. Please consider supporting our community building events.
This year we are having a Pet Parade in the Grass Arena at Jupiter Farms Park!

Introducing "Park Floats"!
This year the Floats have moved to the Park and the public will be able to move around them to enjoy the whole thing!
We will have both competitive and non-competitive community floats or exhibits. Spaces will be allocated, and you can decide whether to bring a decorated trailer like a traditional float, or use tables, tents and any other props to fill the space.
Competitive entries will be judged on TWO aspects – 1) Decorations and promotion of the theme, and 2) Community interaction. Because of the new format we have a great opportunity for groups and organizations to interact with the public. Entries can make their interaction educational, entertaining or a combination of both! We welcome everyone’s creativity, and only ask that entries adhere to the spirit of our Bringing Us All Together for Christmas theme.
Non-competitive entries will be allowed for non-partisan community organizations that want to bring information and opportunities to the public.
Registration Forms are available - click through to the Parade Page!
The Craft Fair and Market is open to independent craft artisans and local growers.
Set up starts at 8:00 am and vendors breakdown starts at 5:00 pm.
What is an "independent craft artisan"? A maker who creates their own goods. No buy-sell items or re-sell items will be allowed. We are having a "jury" process this year just to make sure your products fit the criteria. Click through for more information.
Jupiter Farms growers are also welcome to sell their locally grown plants, vegetables and fruits.
Applications are available NOW! Click through for the application. Apply soon because space is limited! The Fiber category is open only to returning vendors.
We are excited to offer local non-profit groups and institutions the chance to have an exhibit space for free at our Christmas Festival!
Spaces are 10' w x 15' deep, and will be near the Craft Show and Park Floats/Santa area. All tents, tables, chairs and anything else needed are the Exhibitor's responsibility to bring and clean-up.
